Florida licensed attorney
Practicing in state & federal court
The most important aspect of being a lawyer, to me, is defending the United States Constitution and protecting the civil rights and liberties of American citizens. I stand for you against local, state, and federal government unlawful encroachment into your life. No constitutional violation is too big or too small when Liberty is at stake.
Raemi practices law in Florida state courts and federal district courts. Her current case load includes:
- Federal civil rights claims against the Florida Department of Corrections.
- Americans with Disabilities Act violations.
- Lack of Due Process violations by a city government.
- Protecting the First Amendment Rights of religious organizations.
- Commercial Real Estate contract dispute litigation.
- Commercial lease negotiation.
- Creditors rights and Collections.
Her personal charity, and the subject of hundreds of pro bono hours, is prisoner advocacy and prison reform.
Raemi cares about the civil and human rights of prisoners. She worked with the Office of the Pardon Attorney under President Obama, researching federal criminal sentences and preparing memoranda for inmates eligible for clemency. She worked to free several men from prison who had been serving very long sentences for non-violent drug crimes. She has also served as an advocate for men receiving medical care in state and federal prisons. She reviews prison medical records for potential violations of the Eighth Amendment protection against cruel and unusual punishment.

A quote from Founding Father John Adams-
“Posterity! You will never know how much it cost the present Generation to preserve your Freedom! I hope you will make good use of it. If you do not, I shall repent in Heaven, that I ever took half the Pains to preserve it!”
